- Mitterberg Loop: This medium-difficulty tour covers around 39 km and leads through the scenic landscapes of Lungau. With moderate climbs, it’s great for both leisure cyclists and sporty riders.
- Weißpriachtal Tour: A 35 km route that follows the Longa River into the peaceful Weißpriachtal valley. A perfect ride for families and relaxed cyclists, with plenty of nature to enjoy.
- Fanningberg Loop: A challenging 38.9 km tour for mountain bike enthusiasts, offering varied trails and stunning views. Start and finish are in Mariapfarr.
- Prebersee Loop: A demanding mountain bike route of around 71.7 km that takes you to the scenic Prebersee lake. Good fitness is required, but the landscape is worth it.
- Mur Cycle Path: A section of the famous Mur Cycle Path runs through Lungau, offering a mix of easy and more challenging stages along the Mur River – ideal for families and active riders alike.

Fun fact: this mountain is the source of our excellent drinking water (Granitzlwasser), which supplies Mariapfarr and Weißpriach.
- Gensgitsch (2,279 m): A moderately challenging hike to Mariapfarr’s local mountain. The climb is rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views over the Lungau mountain landscape.
- Hike to Prebersee: An easy trail, ideal for families. The peaceful and scenic Prebersee invites you to relax and enjoy nature.
- Tour to the Landawirsee Hut: A more demanding route through the picturesque Göriach Valley, leading to the Landawirsee hut. Along the way, you’ll pass impressive waterfalls and beautiful alpine flora.
- Climb to Lake Lignitz: Recommended for experienced hikers, this route takes you to one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in the region. The crystal-clear water and the surrounding peaks are well worth the effort.
