Arrival and Parking
Arrival is only possible via Mariapfarr – not through Weißpriach.

Check-in and Check-out Times
Your apartment will be ready from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM.
Baby and Child Equipment
We’re happy to provide a baby bed, changing mat, bed rail, and high chair free of charge upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything for your stay.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome upon prior notice, as long as they are clean, well-behaved, and quiet. A daily fee applies (food not included). Only one dog per apartment. Dogs must sleep in their own bed and are not allowed on the furniture. We reserve the right to charge for any special cleaning or damage.
Cancellation Policy
Please inform us early if you need to cancel, so we may rent out the apartment to someone else. In that case, no cancellation fees apply. If the apartment remains empty, we must charge for the loss.
Cancellation fees according to Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions:
– Up to 3 months before arrival: free
– 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%
– 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%
– Last week before arrival: 90%
– No-show: 100%
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.

Booking and Payment
To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% via bank transfer. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival. Payment by bank transfer only.
Non-Smoking Accommodation
All our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the ground-floor terrace.
Internet Access
Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. You’ll receive the login details upon arrival.
E-Car Charging Station
We offer an on-site charging station for electric vehicles. Please inform us in advance if you’d like to use it.
Additional Costs
Final cleaning and local tourist tax per person/day (from age 15) as outlined in your individual offer.
